Terms of Use

These Terms govern your use of GlossaryAI. By using the service, you agree to them.

1. Service operator

GlossaryAI is operated under the trade name GlossaryAI, Brazilian company registration CNPJ 22.142.139/0001-02, in Porto Alegre, RS, Brazil. Contact: contact@glossaryai.pro.

2. What GlossaryAI does

The service helps interpreters prepare for assignments from context and materials supplied by the user, generating a briefing, preparation notes and a bilingual glossary with artificial intelligence.

Results may contain errors, omissions or unsuitable translations. You must review them before use. GlossaryAI is a support tool and does not replace professional judgment.

3. Account and access

You must provide a valid email address and protect the sign-in links sent to it. The service is intended for people legally able to enter into a contract. You are responsible for activity on your account.

4. Your materials

You retain your rights in submitted content and your preparations. By submitting materials, you authorize us to process them only to provide and protect the service.

Submit only content you have the right and permission to use. Do not submit personal data, sensitive data, confidential information or third-party materials when doing so would breach a legal, contractual or professional obligation.

5. Subscription

The price, currency, applicable taxes and billing interval are shown before purchase. The monthly subscription renews automatically until canceled. Payments are processed by Stripe.

You may cancel at any time through the billing portal. Cancellation prevents the next renewal, and paid access continues until the end of the current paid period. Saved preparations remain available until you delete them.

Unlimited use means normal individual use. We may apply proportionate limits to prevent abusive automation, account sharing, resale or use that harms the service.

6. Acceptable use

You may not use GlossaryAI to break the law or infringe another person's rights, access another account or data, bypass limits, interfere with security or availability, systematically copy the service, or resell it without permission.

7. Availability and changes

We aim to keep the service secure and available, but do not guarantee uninterrupted operation or specific results. We may fix, update or discontinue features. When possible, we will give reasonable notice if a material change affects an active subscription.

8. Responsibility

To the extent permitted by law, we are not responsible for professional decisions based on unreviewed results or for indirect loss arising from use or unavailability of the service. Nothing in these Terms limits rights or responsibilities that cannot legally be excluded.

9. Suspension and termination

We may limit or suspend access in cases of fraud, security risk, nonpayment or breach of these Terms. You may stop using the service and cancel your subscription at any time.

10. Governing law

Brazilian law applies. Courts in Porto Alegre, RS, Brazil have jurisdiction, except where consumer law provides a different mandatory venue or protection.

11. Changes and contact

We may update these Terms to reflect changes to the service or the law. The date above identifies the current version. Questions may be sent to contact@glossaryai.pro.
